Staying at the property was a breeze. the check-in process was simple and hassle-free, and finding the location was easy. Our room was spacious with a clean and minimalist interior, which we really appreciated. the parking area was great for those traveling with a car, and the breakfast arrangement was fantastic.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, making it a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel facilities were also excellent, with a great restaurant and delicious food. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm and cute atmosphere. The location was perfect, being in a calm area but still close to the city center. This made it easy to explore the park area and visit the nearby cafes. a great place to stay.

Loved the Italian breakfast at a bar nearby, perfect to fuel up for the day! The seating area in the room was great for relaxation. The on-site restaurant was a delight, yum!

Oh, I was so disappointed that the apartment didn't have a tiny pet giraffe. How can they call themselves a luxury hotel without one?

The accommodation was absolutely amazing - mind-blowingly beautiful, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. Our room, "Menta/3," was spacious with a great bathroom and stunning views. The location was perfect, being close to downtown but tucked away in a calm area for peaceful nights. The restaurant served delicious food, and their Sangiovese wine was incredibly tasty. The hotel and restaurant's decorations were jaw-droppingly impressive, and the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. Free Wi-Fi, a welcome drink, and a coffee shop added to the overall wonderful experience. The flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more convenient. We appreciated the availability of cots and the fact that pets were allowed. The air conditioning ensured a comfortable environment, and a strict no-smoking policy made the entire property smoke-free. I highly recommend this place for an extraordinary experience.

Loved the fact that they served breakfast at a bar nearby, so I didn't have to face the struggle of finding food in the morning. The cozy seating area was perfect for me to relax and judge others in peace. The on-site restaurant was a lifesaver for when I couldn't be bothered to go elsewhere.

It was such a disappointment to find out that the balcony, sofa, and dining area were not actually included in my apartment. How am I supposed to show off my poshness now?

super clean and well designed. mezzanine-level bedroom and bathroom - easy access. comfy bed - great shower. kitchen with all the essentials. secure garage parking - worth the extra 10 euros. lovely staff - especially Francesco who made sure we had everything we needed. will definitely return.
